Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of rajgangapaytan.com ("the site") and any purchases you make. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. About this site

The site is operated by Vihanya Ecommerce Private Limited (the company behind the Rajganga Paytan brand), registered at S.No. 31/4/31/5, Plot No. 12/13/2, Nepati Road, Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra 414001. It is a B2B wholesale storefront for retailers and businesses purchasing Kolhapuri chappals in lots.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. Orders may only be placed for legitimate retail or business purposes.

3. Lots, pricing, and product information

• Products are sold in fixed lot sizes (currently 25, 50, or 100 pairs). Mixed lots are not available unless agreed by us in writing.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• While we make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions, slight variation in colour, leather grain, and stitching is inherent to handmade Kolhapuri chappals and is not a defect.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product details without notice.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept the order — typically when payment (or the 20% advance, for split orders) is received. We may decline any order at our sole discretion, including for stock or fraud reasons.

5. Payment

• Prepaid (UPI, cards, netbanking) and EMI are processed via Cashfree.
• 20% Split: 20% of the order total is paid up-front via Cashfree, the remaining 80% is collected when the parcel is delivered. A 1% service fee applies to split orders and is shown on the invoice.
• You authorise us to issue a GST tax invoice for every order.

6. GST & invoicing

Provide a valid GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit. The invoice will reflect CGST/SGST or IGST based on the delivery state. Once issued, GSTIN cannot be changed.

8. Returns & refunds

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, photographs, brand marks, designs — is owned by Vihanya Ecommerce Private Limited (including the Rajganga Paytan brand) or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
